I’m a psychologist, integrative therapist, coach, and mindfulness teacher. I help you understand why your mind does what it does, and how to work with it in a way that supports the life you want.

You might be used to holding a lot. Capable, driven, and doing well on paper, while underneath it all, stress, anxiety, poor sleep, chronic pain, or self-doubt are making life feel harder than it needs to.

My approach is practical, evidence-based, and down to earth. Depending on what you need, we might work together through therapy, coaching, workshops, or membership, but the aim is always the same: to help you feel clearer, steadier, and more like yourself again.
